Our Management team carries out regular supervision and provides continuous support; this helps identify ongoing and specialised training needs to ensure that our carers understand the expected high standards of quality care.

Recruitment and Training Process:

Carefully Vetted

We have a rigorous interviewing process where we assess the knowledge, skills and personality fit of each of our carers. All of our carers are Garda-vetted and reference checked. As an independent homecare service, we interview every staff member personally and pride ourselves on selecting the best-qualified staff to deliver empathetic care to your loved one.

Carer / Client Fit

Our carers are entering your home, and there must be a good relationship between our clients and caregivers. Our approach and philosophy are one of Person-Centred Care. Our Nurse Care Manager looks to understand your needs, preferences and interests and matches that to the right carer for your family. We pride ourselves on knowing our carers and clients and our ability to match them.
