We are approved by the HSE tender process to provide HSE Home Support Services, formally known as Homecare packages. All our care packages are tailored to each person’s individual needs. Homecare Solutions will endeavour to provide bespoke care plans that meet each client's needs. Homecare Solutions place huge importance on the area of monitoring our service levels. Not only do we have stringent recruitment policies with our staff, but Our dedicated Care Managers also undertake regular visits to the Client home where we monitor the level of care being given by our staff.
We use a telemonitoring system to ensure your carer arrives at your home. This works by a carer app on their phone. Upon arrival, they must log in and log out upon departure from the house. Our Care Coordinator monitors this system. If the carer doesn’t arrive on time, our coordinator can see this and will contact the carer to ensure they are there. This system also ensures that our carer's actual time in your home is recorded accurately.
Home reviews of our care are undertaken by our qualified Client Care Managers and dedicated Care Supervisor in some locations to help ensure our quality of care is always high. Frequent client satisfaction surveys allow us to monitor any areas for continuous improvement.
Once a care plan is established, regular monitoring is part of the company’s operating policy. This is reviewed with the Client every three-four months or more frequently as required to ensure that all areas of the Care Plan are being adhered to and that acceptable service standard are consistently maintained. We also carry out spot checks regularly to ensure a high quality of care is provided. In addition, we are always available to meet with the Client or their family to discuss any areas around the Service Level in place.
