It is our highest priority to ensure that our carers are carefully selected and then upskilled to deliver the highest standard of care to your family. Carers are given continuous learning and development opportunities within our organisation. We believe that staff and clients thrive when given the knowledge, tools and skills to deliver a Person Centred service.
Our Management Team are accredited by DCU with a Dementia Care Qualification. Our Nurse led team, Care Supervisor and a number of our Carers have recently completed LHP Skillnet Certificate in Dementia Care. We are a recognised Dementia Champion of Care in our Community. We are currently working with the government agency LHP Skillnet to develop training programmes for home care workers. We are contributors to developing the national framework of training for the healthcare sector.

Homecare Solutions conduct regular reviews with our clients to ensure their needs are met by their Carer. We also carry out quality checks on the Carer while in the home to ensure the best level of care is being provided. We use telemonitoring to ensure our carers arrive at your loved one safely. This works via an app on the carer's phone, allowing them to log in when they arrive and out when they depart. The carer app is linked to our office database; we can monitor these logs in real time.
