We invest in our staff and carefully select qualified carers who we support with continuous learning and development opportunities. Communication

Our clients are assigned a dedicated Care Team who will communicate all changes to their care plan and care needs as they arise. Regular monitoring is part of the company's operating policy to ensure that the service works for you. Your dedicated Care Team will always make time to talk about any questions or concerns you may have. You have 365-day support for you and your loved one.

We Select only highly capable, compassionate Personal Carers.

When you decide to work with us, we assign you a care team. Your team comprises a Nurse Care Manager, a Care Supervisor and a team of dedicated Carers. Your team of carers are carefully chosen to ensure they are professionally and personally compatible with our clients. We believe that to provide the highest standard of care to our clients; our Carers must also be of the highest standard. We have a rigorous interviewing process; all our carers are Garda Vetted and reference-checked. We select only the best-qualified staff and provide the best in-house training to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to our clients.

The Stress on a family trying to provide proper care for an aging loved one can only really be understood by those who have gone through it. We found ourselves in the very difficult situation of our dad in failing health and while we knew his care needs were increasing rapidly, we were very conscious of his long-held wish to remain at home as long as possible.
