It can be discussed with your Nurse Care Manager if you need overnight or full-time live-in care. You decide how many hours of support are appropriate for your family’s needs in collaboration with the Nurse Care Manager. We build a personalised Care Plan around your budget and your needs for the older person. The billpayer can claim tax relief.
You can claim up to 40% tax relief on home care if your relative is incapacitated. You need to fill in the HK1 Revenue.ie form. The amount of tax relief you get depends on how much income tax you pay. Details of this relief can be found on the Revenue.i.e. website.
