Our aim is to offer families in the Kildare, West Wicklow, and Dublin areas access to affordable homecare services. Each of our clients is assigned a Nurse Care Manager who will work with you to develop a bespoke care plan that works best for you and your family.
You choose how many hours of care you want and what type of care is needed for your loved one. A Care Plan is developed, and this is regularly reviewed with your Nurse Care Manager
Initial phone/email conversation to discuss general needs. Information can be sent via email or post so you can make an informed decision in your own time.
A free, no-obligation assessment will be arranged, at your convenience, in your home/hospital/nursing home.
Based on the assessment, the Care Manager will develop a Care Plan to meet your needs specifically.
Your Care Plan is communicated and agreed upon. Our Care Manager will introduce you to your personal carer(s) selected to meet your needs.
Care will be continuously reviewed to ensure satisfaction and needs are being met.
