Continuity of care is essential to people who invite carers into their homes. Once a care team have been identified as a match for our clients, they remain with that client. Homecare Solutions aims to take the views of every person involved in the individual's care and improve the quality of the service delivered. We ensure the safety, health & well-being of our clients & care team are maintained at the highest standard. Our care management team monitors all our services through continuous communication; client quality review, home visits, telephone calls, carer quality checks and annual service evaluation surveys.

Homecare Solutions was established by Ciara Conneely & Vivienne Mahon in 2007. We are an HSE-approved provider of nonmedical specialist homecare services. We are approved for providing high-quality enhanced home support and personal care services for older people based in Naas, serving the Kildare and greater Dublin areas. Homecare Solutions is an audited and approved member of HCCI (Home and Community Care Ireland), responsible for ensuring care standards within the homecare sector. Also, EIQA 2021 (Excellence Ireland Quality Association).
Homecare solutions are a recognised Dementia Champion of Care, providing Person-Centred Care to our clients in the Community, affiliated with DCU since 2019. Homecare Solutions is affiliated with LHP Skillsnet Ireland, which tailors specialist training programmes for our dedicated Care Team. We work closely with Skillnet Ireland to develop training programmes for home care workers that contribute to developing the national training framework for the healthcare sector.
