Vivienne Mahon is one of the co-founders of Homecare Solutions. Vivienne has over 17 years of experience in various financial services roles, including 10 years as Director of Sherry Fitzgerald Financial Services before setting up Homecare Solutions in 2007. Her customer service ethos, coupled with her person-centred approach to business, brought excellent skills when setting up Homecare Solutions with Ciara. Vivienne's personal interest in dementia care brought her on a journey, and in 2019, she completed the DCU Level 8 qualification in person-centred Dementia Care, which has become central to our approach to how we work with our clients and their families. Vivienne advocates for person-centred Dementia care for all Homecare Solutions clients and their families. Vivienne endorses all Homecare Solutions staff to upskill in order to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all our clients.
