Care Supervisor

Ann Carroll has worked with Homecare Solutions since 2015 and was promoted to Care Supervisor in 2020. Ann started her Health care career by completing her Major QQI award in healthcare. Ann has since completed her QQI level 6 award in Supervisory management and the new QQI level 5 award in Dementia Care. In both her roles, Ann specialises in person-centred care, ensuring our clients' health & well-being are the top priority. Ann ensures all our new and existing care assistants receive in-house and on-site support and training, ensuring quality standards, health & safety practises, and procedures are upheld at all times.
