Our Care Team
We select only highly capable, compassionate Personal Carers who are professionally and personally compatible with our clients. We believe that in order to provide the hightest standard of care to our clients, our Carers must also be of the highest standard.
All carers are carefully selected, screened, reference checked and Garda Vetted. As their employer, Homecare Solutions handle all the responsibilities of taxes, PRSI and insurance costs.
Our Carers attend an intensive training course when they join Homecare Solutions. All our Personal carers are QQI Level 5 certified at a minimum requirement. Homecare Solutions are affiliated with LHP Skillnet Ireland who tailor specialist training programmes for our dedicated Care Team; this facilitates us to keep up with the further educational needs of our Care Team and the changing needs of our clients regularly. Homecare Solutions carry out regular reviews with our clients to ensure their needs are being met by the Carer. We also carry out spot checks on the Carer while in the home to ensure the best level of care possible is being provided. We use telemonitoring to ensure our carers arrive to your loved one safely. This works via an app on the carers phone which allows them to log in when they arrive and log out when they depart. The carer app is linked to our office database and we can monitor these logs in realtime.
