Our Care Team

We select only highly capable, compassionate Personal Carers who are professionally and personally compatible with our clients. We believe that in order to provide the hightest standard of care to our clients, our Carers must also be of the highest standard.


All Carers are carefully selected and screened. Our Carers undergo garda vetting and we check and verify employment history and work references. As their employer Homecare Solutions handle all the responsibilities of taxes, PRSI and insurance costs. Our Carers carry Homecare Solutions Photo Identification cards.

Education & Training

Our Carers attend an intensive training course when they join Homecare Solutions. We engage a reputable local training company to train our Carers in Manual Handling, Health and Safety training, CPR and First Aid. All Carers signup to our employee manual which covers carer behaviour, health and safety in the home, emergency procedures and so on.

Supervision of Staff

Homecare Solutions carry out regular reviews with our clients to ensure their needs are being met by the Carer. We also carry out spot checks on the Carer while in the home to ensure the best level of care possible is being provided. We use telemonitoring to ensure our carers arrive to your loved one safely. This works via an app on the carers phone which allows them to log in when they arrive and log out when they depart. The carer app is linked to our office database and we can monitor these logs in realtime.
